Create orders offline with our great app

Thinking about optimizing your offline work when you’re heading to a job in a place without data connection – such as quarries, warehouses, or even houses of customers further away from civilization – SlabWare is happy to introduce our offline functionality now to our dear Distributors!

You will be able to create orders even without an internet connection, checking and using materials and bundles you have in your inventory. Later on, when you get back online, the app will be synchronized with your SlabWare and you will be able to see the orders and work with them as if they were created on the computer as an ordinary order.

In this tutorial, we will go through the steps to synchronize your app before you go offline, and we will also show you quickly how to create a new offline order and then synchronize it when you’re back online.

With no further introductions, let’s get started!

From the beginning:

First, click on the menu icon on the top left corner, then slide down to settings

Offline order

Hit Manage Offline Data, and then click Sync All.

After synchronizing, go back to the main menu and turn on the Offline Mode button.

Now you can hit Create order and proceed with it.

Select the contact, the bundle, and the slabs, and add them to your cart.

In the Cart screen, you can edit your order, save it, or add more items to your cart. Once you’re done, hit Save Order.

If you want to create other orders for the same customer, you can proceed with it. If you want to create orders for a different customer, go to the main menu and hit Change Contact.

Once you’ve got an internet connection on your device again, with your Offline Mode still active, go to the main menu, and click Orders, to enter the Orders screen. On that screen, hit Synchronize data.

After you synchronize it (a message indicating success will appear), you can deactivate the Offline Mode, and your Orders will be already online.

Try it now on your SlabWare App
